GraviMaster 2704 is able to communicate with other instruments via Master/Slave communication. The cabinet to build-up a multi- layer control system can be very small. Beside that control function and operator interface remains discrete and transparent to the individual control loops.
Via Master/ Slave communication all comprehensive information can be exchanged as:
- Total set-point
- Line speed for µm control
- Status information
- Alarms
